On September 28, the construction of Changdong Avenue Interchange of Hongteng Viaduct was fully opened to traffic. Changdong Avenue Interchange, as an intersection of Hongteng Viaduct and Changdong Avenue, will realize the rapid traffic conversion of the two urban arterial roads after completion, further enhance the accessibility of Hongteng Viaduct Expressway, and provide more convenient travel conditions for citizens.

On September 28, Shibi Junction to Luoting Interchange Segment of Nanchang West 2nd Belt Freeway was successfully opened to traffic. It is understood that the total length of Shibi Junction to Luoting Interchange Segment is about 31 kilometers, starting from Shibi Town of Anyi County, passing through Changbu Town, Dinghu Town, Dongyang Town, Wanbu Town, and Changjun Township in Anyi County in the north, leading to Luoting Town of Wanli Administration.
