On September 23, the reporter learned that our city’s “100 on-campus job fairs” (autumn and spring) activity to attract 100,000 college students and skilled talents to come to and stay in Nanchang for entrepreneurship and employment from 2024 to 2025 will be kicked off. In accordance with the requirements of full coverage of colleges and universities in Nanchang and colleges and universities in the province, and emphasis on students from Jiangxi in the colleges and universities in other cities, for more than 1,300 colleges and universities outside the province, more than 120 colleges and universities outside Nanchang City but in Jiangxi Province, and more than 80 colleges and universities in Nanchang, we focus on organizing key enterprises and key units in our city, and carry out targeted campus recruitment activities to attract more college (technical school) graduates to our city for entrepreneurship and employment.

Our city collects high-quality jobs, focuses on the employment needs of college students and skilled talents, puts emphasis on key industries, enterprises above designated scale, state-owned enterprises, listed companies, excellent small and medium-sized enterprises and public institutions, and collects jobs suitable for college students and skilled talents in autumn and spring in two batches to promote the accurate matching of supply and demand. We explore a group of high-quality positions, and carry out a round of on-site campus recruitment activities for colleges and universities in Nanchang and universities outside Nanchang but in Jiangxi Province.
