The launch of home-based improvement in Nanchang covers eight categories: ground, door, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen equipment, home environment, configuration of elderly assistance tools, and installation of intelligent monitoring. Among them, the renovation of the home environment includes the transformation of corroded water pipes, aging exposed electrical lines, the installation of anti-collision strips to furniture or corners, the installation of night lighting devices, and the configuration of electric drying racks, shoe stools and other age-appropriate furniture; provision of elderly aids, including canes, wheelchairs (walkers), magnifying devices, hearing aid, self-feeding devices, etc., to provide convenience services for the elderly and reduce the risk of incidents and accidents; the installation of intelligent monitoring includes the installation of the Internet of Things door magnetic monitoring system, emergency call system, gas monitoring alarm, anti-lost watches, security monitoring devices, etc., to do a good job in the safety guard for the elderly.
